MORTAL FLOW + RESTORE is a 75-minute blend of mindful vinyasa and deep restorative rest, offered on Sunday morning to get you ready for the week ahead.
We build heat, move with intention, and then soften into long, supported shapes that reset your whole system. A weekly ritual to strengthen, unwind, and start the week human and centered. All set to a playlist that never misses.

A restorative class themed around surrender & softening, allowing us to rest & recover from our day-to-day madnesses and all the other things we do outside of the studio. It's, as the kids say, "a vibe."
